How much does it cost to get an estimate?

Cost estimate and design are free of charge. We will visit your site and spend time brainstorming and hearing your vision before we design your project. We will the present you with a 3-D virtual image of your project as well as a comprehensive cost estimate.

How much does a pool cost?

Much like building a home the cost of a pool will vary widely.  It will depend on the size, features, equipment and materials selected and the terrain of your site.  We will be able to give you a cost estimate after visiting your site and knowing scope of your project.  We will also provide multiple options for valued engineering to help you reach your budgetary goals.

How long does it take to build a pool?

It can vary anywhere from 6-12 weeks depending on the scope of your project. Factors such as the size and scope of the project, accessibility and terrain can also effect the completion date. This does not include the time required if a permit is required. We do offer a permit expeditor service for a small fee. We will give an approximate completion date upon contract signing and start of excavation date.

Who will manage the project?

Leann Rominger, the Owner and Edwin Torres will manage the projects. Edwin has built pools for over 20 years and will be lead construction manager. Leann has found that she operates best as owner with a hands on approach. She enjoys being in the office meeting with clients just as much as she enjoys being out in the field in constant communication with her trades and construction crew.

What will happen to my existing landscape?

We will address existing landscape in our pre-construction meeting before we start excavation. We will use temporary construction fence and silt fence to protect against erosion control.  Every effort will be made to minimize impact on your existing landscape.

Do you have references?

Of course, we are happy to put you in touch with clients, trades and vendors we have done business with in the past.

I am building a new home, is better to include the pool before or after the house is complete?

There are certainly many advantages of building the pool simultaneously with your home.  We work with your builder to make sure we are in and out in the most timely matter according to your build.  It is also an advantage to add the pool to your first mortgage which will lower the cost of financing and a big overall savings.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We warranty our work for 1 year to be free of defects and workmanship. New equipment installed by our company carries a 3 year manufactures warranty for parts and labor.  All pools and spas have a 25 year shell warranty.  Plaster has a one year warranty and Pebble finish has a manufactures warranty.
